Our Class Structure

Intention Setting

Our classes are designed to not only teach physical techniques but also to help you develop mental strength and confidence. We believe that setting your intention before each class is key to achieving your goals. 

Warm Up

At The Lioness Instincts, we understand the importance of preparing both your mind and body before jumping into self-defense techniques. That's why we start each class with warm-ups that can help you mentally focus and drive your intention for class.

Fundamental Scenario-Based Techniques

Our training approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the fundamental techniques that form the building blocks of self-defense. From basic principles to advanced tactical scenarios, our training program focuses on honing both physical and mental strength.

Open Discussion & Training

At the end of each class, we open up for questions and allow the opportunity for students to continue practicing the techniques they’ve learned. We understand that self-defense is not a “one and done” skill, and we encourage our students to continually work on their techniques outside of class.
